Introduction to SPL (Super Permanent Label)

SPL label is an ultimate non-deactivatable label which made with three resonators and a bias with a sintered rare-earth permanent magnet bar in one side of the resonators.

This invention has been filed multiple patent protections. The bias bar of the high coercivity magnet having strong crystalline and shape anisotry placed in single side of resonators will provide the most stable magnetic flux that can not be damaged by any magnets, meanwhile the strong bias field only attracts and holds the resonators in one side, and let other ends of each resonators still free for the highest resonating amplitude. Such invention has resolved the conflict between needing strong magnet field to against deactivation and preventing the damping from a strong magnetic field.

SPL can not be deactivated by any Sensormatic deactivators and it can NOT be damaged by a rare-earth permanent magnet, better than Supertag and Supertag II. (The detection performance is similar to or better than DR labels'). The typical applications for SPL are to insert it into CD, games, and electronics safers, or a hard tag as an AM alarm component inside to make premium anti-theft products.
